UPDATE: Adam Fletcher of the Harrisonburg Department of Community Development has confirmed that the City plans to approve a building permit for a new federal ICE facility in Harrisonburg city limits as early as THIS WEEK. They are awaiting only revised building plans from the contracting architect, Miller Cupp.
Help us by contacting Dale Cupp, President of Miller Cupp, Associates and Plans Reviewer Christopher Eads to urge them not to submit/approve building plans without a transparent process to understand the nature of ICE’s intended facility and the threat ICE poses to our community.
