Blast Zone Canvass Kickoff for Jennifer Lewis

Y’all know Jennifer has spent years opposing construction of the dangerous, unnecessary Atlantic Coast Pipeline. Now that she’s running for Congress, she’s going to take the anti-pipeline message direct to the voters who live on the proposed pipeline route.

The plan is to canvass every single registered voter along the pipeline route in CD6, regardless of their political affiliation. We’ll distribute an informational flier on the ACP and Jennifer’s campaign literature at each door – and we’ll have conversations with voters about the threats this pipeline poses to our water, property rights, physical safety, and democracy.

We’ll meet at 9:30am at Constitution Park in Waynesboro. There’ll be a rally with special guest speakers until around 10:15 or so, we’ll distribute literature and turf, and we hope the door knocking begins by 11am!

We hope to cover the key Augusta County precincts on Saturday, Sept. 8, then move on to Bath and Highland Counties on the 9th.
